p.bulleted2_last_line (for last item in a bulleted list under bulleted or numbered lists, or when a greater indent is required)

p.bulleted_last_line (for the last item in a level one bulleted list)

p.note_title

p.note; a note is made of three parts: a div.note, which wraps the p.note_title and the p.note paragraphs in a div and provides the background image; the p.note_title where you enter the type of note, e.g., Note; and the p.note paragraphs where you enter the note text. This pattern is also used for cautions, dangers, tips, examples, results, and warnings.

Here's a numbered list:

p.numbered_first is the first item in a numbered list; it resets the count to 1.

p.numbered is for all the other items in a numbered list,except the last.
